“Bottomless” was published in the Books of Horror Community Anthology, Volume 5, Part 1, released January 2026.

Sylvia hits bottom and agrees to help a gnome regain stolen treasure in exchange for a cut of the loot. But can a gnome be trusted? 

 

“Home To Roost” was published in Pretend You Don’t See Her: The Invisible Woman, an anthology released October 2025.

Nancy is passed over for a promotion in favor of a less-qualified man. Her pet parrot offers a surprising way to get back at her boss. 

 

“Company Policy” was published in Nightmerica: Corruptions of the American Dream, an anthology released July 2025. I co-wrote this story with the talented Larry Hinkle.

Karma is real when an insurance adjuster’s family is struck by a health crisis. 

 

“The Lookout” was published in Space and Time Magazine, Issue #148, Spring/Summer 2025.

Dr. Sanderson’s daughter falls ill while they are on a mission in space and endangers everyone on board the station. How far will he go to save her? 

“Red Lipstick” was published in the Dastardly Damsels anthology (October 2024) from Crystal Lake Publishing.

When Eleanor moved to a rural mountain town for a fresh start, she made an unexpected spectral friend. A danger from her past shows up, angering her new friend and setting off a horrendous chain of events. 

 

“An Echo of Murder” was published in Issue 3 (July 2024) of Carnage House ezine.

The story addresses the age-old question of nature vs. nurture and who children idolize.

 

Two of my stories are published in the Spring (April) 2024 Issue of The Sirens Call ezine. Sadly, the zine folded in October 2024 after 12 years of fabulous stories. 

“Inheritance” is a flash piece about an unusual family trait. “The Wages of Sin” is a story about the ripple effect of a seemingly harmless act of workplace pilferage. 

 

“Wheels Against Wings” appears in this anthology, released January 2024. The anthology features stories inspired by rock & roll songs from the 50’s through the 80’s. My story is a steampunk take on Jethro Tull’s 1971 song, “Locomotive Breath.”

In a post-apocalyptic world, a father battles his estranged daughter for command of their tribe.
